Reiki and How it Works

Reiki / (ˈreɪkɪ) /

What is Reiki? The word Reiki can be broken down to two words; "Rei" meaning God's wisdom or higher power and "Ki" meaning the life force energy. It is this life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki stimulates and balances the body's physical energy field to promote healing and inner harmony. It is being used in many different environments to aid optimal healing, promote well-being and provide relaxation (heals past traumas, supports the immune system and reduces stress and anxiety).

What are the benefits of Reiki? It can be broken out to 6 different points:

Alleviates physical pain, anxiety, and depression,
Reduces stress and increases relaxation,
Triggers immune functionality for better sleep and improves overall health,
Balances the mind and emotions, enhances moods, memory and mental clarity while calming fear, frustration and negative habits,
Speeds up recovery from surgery or long-term illness and can even prevent them from occurring; and
Heightens energy, intuition, and connection to a higher consciousness.

Reiki Initial Assessment and Treatment: (90 minutes: $150.00)
To start your journey with we, I like to take the time to discuss your goals for our sessions so that I may better guide you in future sessions. This can be performed from a distance, so no need to be in-person and out of your comfort zone. I recommend that you refrain from the use of recreational drugs and alcohol within a 24 hour period prior to our meeting.

Intuitive Readings Only:
You can expect a professional reading focused on healing and guidance. There is no judgment within the reading. You will receive information with sensitivity and caring. It may not be what you want to hear but it will always be a healing experience offering you the guidance to move forward in life.

45 minutes: $90.00
30 minutes: $60.00

Reiki Follow-Up: (45 minutes: $100.00)
During our follow-up appointments, we can continue to address any goals that need to be met and assess the progress you have made on your journey so far. This is a time to ask questions as well as receive treatment. This can be performed from a distance, no no need to be in person and out of your comfort zone.

All appointments need to be confirmed by myself and payment is due upon sign up of services. Cancellations within a 24-hour period are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
